DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS:

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

PAYMENT PLAN:

Your deposit is automatically deducted from your account per the payment schedule you selected at the time of booking. You will then be sent monthly or bi-weekly invoices that you can pay.  Full trip balance is due 90 days prior to trip start date. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email.

REFUND POLICY

All trip deposits and payments are non-refundable due to deposits and payment arrangements with our vendors.

We recommend a travel policy to cover your non-refundable trip costs to properly insure you for cancellations.

INSURANCE

The McCutcheon Group, LLC dba Delish Destinations is certified with CLIA.  We also have general liability and E&O insurance.

PAYMENTS

For group events, we accept online payments or mail in payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. For mail-in payments, we accept certified checks and the check must arrive BY the due date.  It is suggested you mail return receipt.  We also accept credit card authorization forms and credit card over the phone with a 3.5% fee.

CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS ON AN EVENT AFTER THE PAYMENTS HAVE BEGUN?

Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month/bi-week make payments.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAKE MY RESERVATION?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your payment plan. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ROOMMATE DROPS OUT?

If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE AN ITINERARY FOR MY TRIP?
Travel Documents, including e-ticket itineraries, are sent via email approximately four weeks prior to departure provided full payment, completion of a signed travel insurance waiver and emergency contact details have been received.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing and cannot be made verbally.  However, keep in mind all trip deposits and payments are non-refundable due to deposits and payment arrangements with our vendors.

LIABILITY STATEMENT


Neither The McCutcheon Group, LLC dba Delish Destinations, its affiliates, owners, officers, agents, or employees, shall be held liable for any act, default, injury (including death), loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience caused to or suffered by any person or their property, howsoever arising, which may occur or be incurred by any organization or person, where such act, default, injury, loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience may have been caused or contributed to by defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment or instrumentality under the control of independent suppliers. You further understand that if you purchase any optional activities that are not part of your pre-booked charter itinerary (including, without limitation, shore excursions and tours, however conducted, airline flights and ground transportation), these activities are operated by independent contractors; the contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the third party provider for such activity; the Company neither owns not operates the third party supplier; and accordingly, you agree to seek remedies directly and only against the third party supplier and not hold the Company responsible for their acts or omissions
